Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns, please contact us with your order number (found in your email receipt), and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please note that we do not accept returns; we only offer exchanges for damaged items or incorrect orders.

To file a damage claim for any product, we require an unboxing video from start to finish. This video must be recorded without any cuts or pauses and should be filmed from a clear, justified angle. If you notice any damage to the packaging, please record the unboxing process immediately. If you suspect that the product inside is damaged, do not open the package. Instead, take a photo of the package as it is and send it to us within 12 hours of receiving your order.

For damaged products, please email us at hey@lifesabeach.in within 48 hours of receiving your order to request an exchange. Products on sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Ensure that product packaging, labels, and tags remain intact.

We do not have a reverse pick up facility hence customer will have to send us the package back to our warehouse and 100-200/- depending the size of the order we will refund as store credit. Exchanges will be processed only once we receive the product at our office. It may take 6-7 working days for us to receive the return package and an additional 2-3 working days to ship the exchanged product back to you.

Since these products are personalised WE DO NOT MONETARY REFUND UNDER CIRCUMSTANCE only store credit will be given under exceptional cases. Please read policies carefully before placing your orders. 

Refunds

Since we do not accept returns, if a customer receives a DAMAGED ( not wrong ) product and prefers not to receive a replacement, we will issue store credit instead. Shipping fees are not included in the store credit. In exceptional cases where a refund is granted, please allow 15-20 WORKiNG days for processing. TAT for refunds is NON-NEGOTIABLE.

Cancellations

Once order is placed IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED. If the team agrees to cancel an item or entire order, store credit will be issued for the same. We DO NOT do monetary refunds!

If Life’s A Beach cancels your order, or if it is lost in transit or undelivered, you will receive a full refund. Please note that advance bookings for hats are non-refundable and cannot be canceled under any circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to circumstances beyond our control or if delivery cannot be fulfilled. We will notify you of any cancellations or applicable refunds in a timely manner.

ORDERS FOR LABUBU ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON CANCELLABLE. IF YOUR ORDER IS NOT DISPATCHED WE SHALL ISSUE A STORE CREDIT FOR THE SAME IN CASE YOU DO NOT WANT IT. 

Order Delays: 

We are committed to ensuring your orders are produced and dispatched on time. However, as our products are made to order and personalized, unexpected delays may occur due to production issues, staffing challenges, national holidays, weather conditions, or shipping partner delays. We inform custumers on delays via our stories on Instagram and our Whatsapp status. We are a small team hence its not possible to reach out individually. 

In such cases, orders, including those with express shipping, cannot be canceled or refunded.

We will make every effort to deliver your products as promptly as possible. By placing an order via Instagram DM or WhatsApp, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies. Thank you for your understanding!

Please Note:

We offer 2–3 font options. Our customer care number is listed in the description of every product. Feel free to contact us with your preferred font choice. If we don’t hear from you, our design team will select the font they feel best suits the names provided.

Orders placed through Instagram or WhatsApp are subject to the same policies as those on our website.

If there are delays due to OPERATIONAL ISSUE at our end, you will receive a 20% discount code for future purchases. We will inform all affected customers via email. If you haven’t received an update, please contact our operations team at hey@lifesabeach.in.

Orders undelivered due to courier partner issues will be re-dispatched once we receive the package back at our warehouse. Please email us for an update and allow as 1-2 working days to revert!

Sunglasses & Sippers: We offer no return or exchange on sunglasses. Please make sure you pick the right shape, shade  and correct capacity for the sippers. All our sunglasses are on 30% discount and all sales will be considered FINAL. 

Only for Whoop Bands & Iphone Sock/CrossBody

We currently do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations for WHOOP Bands.

We understand that you may have missed reading the product description before placing your order, but we are unable to make exceptions once an order has been placed. Dispatch for Whoop Bands will begin from 26th June 26'. We will not accept any CANCELLATIONS OR RETURNS. If you wish to cancel the order we will generate store credit as we don't offer Monetary refunds!

Advance Payment & Refund Policy

All advance payments made towards confirmed orders are strictly non-refundable.

Refunds shall only be processed in situations where:

  • The ordered product is unavailable from our end,
  • The product is found to be damaged before dispatch, or
  • The order cannot be processed due to unforeseen operational reasons from our side.

Refunds will not be applicable in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation,
  • Cancellation requests after payment,
  • Packaging or customization preferences not included in the original order terms,
  • Delays caused due to logistics or third-party shipping partners beyond reasonable control.

The company reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not fall under the eligible refund conditions mentioned above.

By confirming and placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the above terms.
